Our Easter Announcement

 On March 10th we got the faintest line. We have been cautiously excited ever since. On April 4th, we got our baby's first picture made... cute, huh?

 The baby measured at seven weeks, three days which makes our due date around November 18th, only six days after our one year wedding anniversary. What a beautiful gift! The 2012 holiday season is going to be very exciting! We plan to tell our families this weekend while visiting for Easter. I got my nieces the CUTEST "I'm going to be a Big Cousin" t-shirts so they can make the announcement for us. My step-son, Gavin, has a shirt ready for him too with a little pirate on it and it says "Shiver Me Timbers! I'm going to be a big brother!" I can hardly wait to see them in their new shirts!

 We decided to tell Gavin about his little brother or sister a few weekends ago and he's already excited. We told him a secret and so far I think he's kept our secret pretty well. If he doesn't, that's okay too. I just couldn't wait to tell him. I just love him so much... the look on his face. *sniff* He said that if he has a little sister he's going to spend all of his time "beating up boys" that try to talk to his sister. If it's a boy, he's going to teach him everything he knows. He's already gone with us to look at things for the baby and talked about all of the plans we have together and playing Jenga together, his favorite game these days. I'm so excited to grow our family with my sweet husband.

This week:

• The Publix commercial where the sister is going off to college and the little brother swears he won't miss her makes me cry EVERY TIME.
• I'm so tired but I can't sleep.
• The animals are smoothering me. I think they know.
• Last week I couldn't stand the smell of air fresheners but this week, not so bad.
• I'm not throwing up AS MUCH, thanks to Zofram. Love that stuff. Zofram and Preggie Pops have saved me.
